Effective date: September 15, 2026. These Terms govern use of californiacontractorllc.com and wholesale order requests submitted to CALIFORNIA CONTRACTOR LLC.

Wholesale ordering

Website checkout is an order request and does not by itself create a final obligation to ship. We may confirm inventory, minimum quantities, freight, tax, resale documentation, payment method and other commercial details before accepting an order. We may decline or cancel an order when products are unavailable, pricing is erroneous, payment cannot be approved, or fulfillment is impractical.

Pricing and payment

Displayed prices are generally unit prices at the stated minimum order quantity unless otherwise indicated. Freight, taxes, duties, accessorial charges and special handling may be additional. Final payment terms are shown on the approved invoice or purchase-order acceptance.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, but packaging, shades, components, dimensions or manufacturer details may vary within reasonable commercial tolerances. Website images may be representative. Buyers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable and lawful for their intended resale market.

Accounts, misuse and intellectual property

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use site content in a misleading manner. Site design, branding and original text are protected to the extent provided by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages are excluded. Any liability relating to a specific accepted order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected goods, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
