Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective date: September 15, 2026. Wholesale shipping is quoted after checkout because freight depends on destination, cartons, weight, dimensions, carrier capacity and delivery requirements.
Order processing
Submitting checkout places the order into review. We confirm product availability, final quantities, freight method and any tax or documentation requirements before the order is released for fulfillment.
Shipping methods
Orders may ship by parcel carrier, less-than-truckload freight, full truckload or another commercially reasonable method based on order size and destination. Residential, lift-gate, inside-delivery, appointment, remote-area or other accessorial services may add charges.
Delivery estimates
Any transit or fulfillment estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Delays may occur because of inventory, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, address issues or events outside reasonable control.
Receiving freight
Business buyers should inspect shipment condition before signing carrier delivery documents when possible. Note visible damage or shortage on the carrier receipt and contact us promptly with photos and shipment information.
Address accuracy
Buyers are responsible for complete and accurate delivery details. Reconsignment, address correction, storage, redelivery or refused-shipment charges may be passed through when caused by incorrect or incomplete buyer information.
